Build Muscle by Tapping
If you are experienced at lifting weights, you can benefit from using the "Tapping" technique. Basically, when you are lifting a weight, either you or your partner taps the muscle you are trying to work. This focuses your mind on the exact muscle you are trying to build and causes more muscle fibers to be activated. This works in the same way that not looking around while you're lifting weights does. I mean, when you're doing those heavy squats or bench presses, you aren't looking around checking out the hot women or comparing weights with the guy next to you are you? Tapping just takes it to the next level. You could also try putting pressure on the area, like a band, but don't do it tight or you'll risk injury.
